A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This includes being more than 10 minutes late.

If you no-show and your card on file declines, you will be blocked from online booking until that fee is paid.

In order to be waxed, hair needs to be the length of a grain of rice or longer, if it is shorter, we will do our best to remove what we can.

If you are scheduled for multiple services and “accidentally” shave your legs, let us know 24 hours before your appointment so we can adjust the timing and open that spot for another client.
